The casita sleeps six across three bedrooms, each with a queen memory foam bed. Both baths have rainfall showers. The whole home is yours, inside and out.

The living room

Arched doorways, plenty of seating, and a 65 inch 4K TV for movie nights. Morning light lands here first, which is where the coffee usually ends up.

The kitchen

A full kitchen, stocked and clearly labeled, with everything you need to actually cook. RO filtered water from the tap, Lavazza beans by the grinder, and dinnerware for inside and out. The Weber grill is just past the back door, and there is a washer and dryer for longer stays.

The room everyone photographs. An arched opening, steel framed glass, and a table that seats six without squeezing. Long breakfasts happen here, and the kitchen is two steps away when someone wants another pour.

Three real bedrooms

Each bedroom has a queen memory foam bed with hotel style linens. No sofa beds, no air mattresses. Six people sleep well here. A pack n play and high chair are here for the littlest guests.

Two baths, two rainfall showers

Both bathrooms have rainfall showers and are stocked with towels and basics. No waiting in line while everyone gets ready. A recent guest described the primary bath as to die for. We did the renovation, so that one felt good.

The backyard guests call a private oasis

Fully fenced behind lush hedges, strung with lights, and visited by hummingbirds most mornings. Gas fire pit, outdoor dining for six, a Weber grill, and fruit trees you are welcome to pick. It earned its own page — see The Backyard.

The dedicated workspace by a bright window

Room to work

A dedicated workspace and 916 Mbps fiber wifi. Video calls hold up, uploads fly, and the house stays quiet enough to think. If you drive electric, there is a Level 2 charger (NACS) in the driveway.
